Today, however, was nuts! The mountain climbers.... THE MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS... not once, but like four different sets of them at 65 each! And the skipping, and the stride jumps - they went up to 110 each. I had to keep pressing pause and pace around the room to regain myself. I'm sure it made a difference that I didn't take my blood pressure medicine last night and my heart rate was up in the 150s when it is usually no higher than 140 at my hardest level. Crazy... I thought the machine was trying to kill me. With pressing the pause button I worked out a bit longer than the suggested 39 minutes, but it had to be... And let's not forget to put a spotlight on the flutter kicks and reverse crunches, I had to do two sets of those at the end of the whole thing. Knowing it was my last hard core Wii workout for the week I was able to make it through it. I kept tellingy myself YOU CAN DO THIS! When I thought there was no absolute way in hell... YOU CAN DO THIS! And reminding myself that I was going to be completely lazy with the workouts for the next three days so suck it up and get it done. AND I DID!!!!! I had a waaaayyyyyy too big lunch, like 1800 calories worth, and tried to shurk out of my walk, but went anyway for one mile with the dog. Tonight I am watching American Idol in my bed waiting for the sleep....
